You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send things back.
Most items, as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging. Not returnable includes any goods marked ‘Final Sale’.
Email hello@golfjunction.com.au with your order number, what you are returning, and whether you want a refund or exchange. We will reply with the return instructions and address.
You will need to cover the shipping costs.
Free shipping threshold ($150+): If your return drops the original order total below $150, we’ll deduct the standard shipping amount from your refund to cover the shipping that was originally waived.
Tell us within 30 days (the sooner the better). We’ll sort it out—usually with a prepaid label or reimbursement for reasonable return postage. Once we inspect it, we’ll repair, replace, or refund.
Happy to exchange if we’ve got stock. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay to send the original back; we’ll ship the replacement to you for [standard rate / free over $150]. If the new item costs less, we refund the difference; if it costs more, we’ll invoice the balance.
We refund to your original payment method. After your return arrives and is checked, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process it (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you can choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
