1.WHO ARE WE
Golf Junction Pty Ltd (ABN 79 833 860 145) (“Golf Junction”, “we”, “us”, “our”) sells golf apparel and accessories and organises golf events, and social competitions (“Events”) in Australia.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website, purchasing products, or registering for an Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, gift cards, or Events; if there’s a conflict, the specific terms prevail.
3. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)
Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
4. ONLINE STORE TERMS
4.1 Orders & availability
Orders are offers to buy; we may accept or reject any order (e.g., if a product is unavailable, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
We’ll notify you if we can’t fulfil part or all of your order and provide options (backorder, alternative, or refund).
4.2 Pricing, GST & currency
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
4.3 Payment
We accept cards/PayPal/Afterpay. Payment is taken at checkout. You authorise us (and our payment providers) to process your payment.
4.4 Shipping & delivery
We ship Australia-wide via AusPost. Timeframes shown are estimates only. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Size charts are guides only. Colours may vary due to screen settings and photography.
5. GIFT CARD, PROMOTIONS, & DISCOUNTS
Gift cards are non-refundable (except as required by law), valid for 5 years, and redeemable for products and events.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the stated terms and validity periods and can’t be combined unless explicitly allowed.
6. ACCOUNTS & WEBSITE USE
Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, introducing malware, infringing IP, or interfering with security). We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and materials (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Golf Junction. You may not reproduce or use it except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
8. PRIVACY
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We may collect and use your details to process orders, manage Events, and communicate with you. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Products
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for products is limited to the remedies under the ACL and, where permitted, at our option: replacement, repair, or refund.
9.2 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct in connection with the site, products, or Events.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE & VENUES
Our site may link to third-party sites or services; we’re not responsible for their content or policies.
Events are often hosted at third-party venues; their rules and terms also apply.
11. COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT
We aim to resolve issues quickly. Contact hello@golfjunction.com.au with your order/Event details and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 2 business days.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from publication on our website. For material Event changes after you register, we’ll notify you by email where possible.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State/Territory of Western Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State/Territory and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
